I am an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at California State University Dominguez Hills.

My research is focused on strategies of organizations that combine business and social missions (hybrid organizations). I am interested in the growth strategies, business models, and paradoxical tensions that these organizations navigate while managing multiple missions.

I teach Strategic Management capstone seminar at CSUDH. I also taught Research Methods at the Master's level at the University of Birmingham, UK. I adopt a highly interactive case study and discussion-based approach to teaching.

Outside work, I enjoy beautiful Southern California weather and the nature trails it offers. You can find me kayaking in the bay or running on the boardwalk on the weekends.
